MontPhoto Honor Award
1st Award MontPhoto Honor AwardBlack Panther Atmosphere de Andrew Rouse de Usk (Please select...)
Place: Laikipia (Kènia)
Description:
I have been working for many years on a long term project on Leopards (Panthera pardus). As part of this I have been working recently with Giza, the black leopard from Laikipia in Kenya. There are many thousands of images of her but I wanted to do something different. So with some gentle torchlight I lowered the shutter speed to 1/15th second to create a very artistic image of this amazing cat hunting.
